7 Days of Support - After you receive the phones, you have unlimited support from Crosstalk Solutions for 7 days. We know that switching phone systems can be a big project, so we are here to help you through the entire process.
- E911 - We will set up (1) Kari's Law / Ray Baum Act compliant e911 phone number for emergency services.
Phone Number Porting Assistance - we will guide you through the process of moving your phone numbers to the Crosstalk Cloud PBX solution.

Porting phone numbers to a new carrier can be scary! We include assistance with number porting as part of your Crosstalk Cloud installation service. We will oversee the number porting process, and make sure that all paperwork is submitted correctly and any issues are addressed immediately so that you don’t lose calls.
